We like to call them "Texas Strip Steak" around Mother Acres but you may see them called New York Strip. This popular steak is from the short loin. It is the longer and larger side of the Porterhouse and T-Bone steaks opposite the tenderloin. It is 1" thick and boneless. This cut know for it's tenderness and flavor. It is a leaner cut and excellent for grilling. Lee county Texas raised natural beef.
